- Pre-owned/Used Items: Products marked as certified pre-owned or used cannot be returned

- Condition Requirements: Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories/manuals
- Return Shipping: Customers pay return shipping costs (except for defective, damaged, or incorrect items)
1. Standard Returns
Return Window: 30 days from delivery for new, unused items (excluding pre-owned/used products)
Eligibility: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories/manuals
Return Shipping: Customer responsibility unless item is defective, damaged, or incorrect
2. Refund Process
Processing: Refunds issued after inspection confirms items meet condition requirements
Method: Processed to original payment method
Timeline: 5–10 business days after inspection
Non-Eligible: Items with visible use, missing packaging, or missing accessories
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Contact us immediately at info@labstockdirect.com with photos on delivery day. We cover return shipping and provide replacement or full refund for these items only.
Note: Items damaged after use are not refundable unless covered by warranty.
4. Order Cancellations
Before Shipment: Full refund available
After Shipment: Processed as standard return with customer-paid return shipping
