At Lab Stock Direct, we are committed to offering competitive pricing on laboratory equipment and scientific supplies. If you find a lower publicly advertised price from an authorized dealer, we'll match it.
How It Works
- Find a lower advertised price on the same new item from an authorized dealer's website
-
Email us at info@labstockdirect.com with:
- Link to the competitor's product page showing the advertised price
- Your order number (if already purchased)
- We'll verify and respond within 24 hours
- Get your price match — if eligible, we'll match the competitor's total price before or after your purchase
Eligibility Requirements
- Publicly advertised prices only — the price must be visible on the competitor's website at the time of your request; verbal quotes, private negotiations, and membership-only pricing are not eligible
- Authorized dealers only — the competitor must be an authorized retailer for the brand
- Same exact product — identical model number, specifications, and warranty
- New items only — Lab Stock Direct exclusively sells new products
- Total price comparison — includes shipping, taxes, and all fees from both sellers
- Request within 7 days of your purchase date
Exclusions
- MAP violations: Price match requests will not be honored if the competitor's advertised price appears to violate the manufacturer's Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policy. As an authorized dealer, Lab Stock Direct is bound by MAP agreements and cannot match prices that fall below them.
- Below-cost pricing: Lab Stock Direct reserves the right to decline a price match request at our discretion, including cases where matching the price would result in a sale below our cost.
- Limited-time flash sales, coupons, or bundle pricing that are not part of the competitor's standard advertised price
- Marketplace listings (Amazon third-party sellers, eBay, etc.) unless the listing is sold and fulfilled directly by an authorized dealer
Our Promise
Once eligibility is verified, we will match the competitor's total advertised price. If you haven't purchased yet, we'll update the price before you buy. If you've already purchased within the last 7 days, we'll refund the difference.
