Shipping Policy

Shipping is free on all orders within the continental United States. We believe in keeping things simple, with no hidden fees or unexpected charges.

How We Fulfill Orders

Lab Stock Direct partners directly with manufacturers to fulfill your orders. When you place an order, we coordinate with our manufacturing partners to ensure your laboratory equipment is shipped efficiently and safely from their facilities.

Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. This means your order has been received in our system and your payment method has been pre-authorized. We then confirm the item is in stock with our manufacturing partners and available for shipment.

If an item is backordered or unavailable, the authorization will be voided, and we will contact you to discuss alternatives.

If the item is in stock, your order will be processed and prepared for shipment. Most in-stock orders ship within 3–5 business days from our manufacturing partner facilities.

Processing and Delivery Times

Standard Items: 3-5 business days processing time, with delivery typically taking 4-12 business days after shipment.

Built-to-Order Items: Some specialized laboratory equipment is manufactured upon order and will require additional processing time. We will notify you of extended timeframes before confirming your order.

Expedited Shipping: Faster delivery may be available upon request for an additional fee. Contact us at info@labstockdirect.com to inquire about expedited options.

Order Shipment

Your products will ship directly from our manufacturing partner facilities. As soon as your order leaves the warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. If you do not receive this within four business days of your order, please contact us at info@labstockdirect.com.

Multiple Item Orders

If your order contains multiple items, they may ship from different manufacturing facilities and arrive separately. Each shipment will have its own tracking number provided via email.

International Orders

We are happy to serve international customers. Please note:

  • Products are designed for the U.S. market and typically require 110V or 240V electrical systems.
  • Products are certified to U.S. safety standards and may not be certified for other countries.
  • Shipping rates will be provided upon request before your order is processed.
  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.

Damages

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you notice visible damage, note it when signing for delivery or refuse the shipment. If you accept the package and later find damage, take clear photos of the packaging and product immediately. Send these photos to info@labstockdirect.com and visit our Returns page to begin a claim.

Lab Stock Direct covers return shipping costs for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
