Order Confirmation
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. This means your order has been received in our system and your payment method has been pre-authorized. We then confirm the item is in stock and available for shipment.

If an item is back-ordered or unavailable, the authorization will be voided and we will contact you to discuss alternatives.

If the item is in stock, your order will be processed and prepared for shipment. Most in-stock orders ship within 3–5 business days.
Order Shipment
As soon as your order leaves the warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. If you do not receive this within four business days of your order, please contact us at info@labstockdirect.com.

Damages
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you notice visible damage, note it when signing for delivery or refuse the shipment. If you accept the package and later find damage, take clear photos of the packaging and product immediately. Send these photos to info@labstockdirect.com and visit our Returns page to begin a claim.
