At Lab Stock Direct, every product we sell is backed by the full manufacturer warranty. As an authorized dealer for all brands we carry, you receive the same warranty coverage and support as if you purchased directly from the manufacturer.

Warranty Terms by Manufacturer
Benchmark Scientific
Benchmark Scientific provides a 2-year warranty on most products. For product-specific warranty information, please contact us at info@labstockdirect.com or call 1-800-577-0501.
Ohaus
Ohaus Corporation's products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of delivery through the duration of the warranty period.
Coverage:
During the warranty period, Ohaus will repair or replace any component(s) that proves to be defective at no charge, provided that the product is returned, freight prepaid, to an authorized service facility.
Eligibility:
Products must be deemed to have a manufacturer defect by Ohaus Technical Support or an authorized service facility in order for warranty repair or replacement to be authorized.
Out-of-Box Failures:
If a defect is found within 30 days of delivery, the product will be considered an out-of-box failure and is subject to return and replacement. After 30 days and within the warranty period, the product will be referred to an authorized service facility for repair at no cost if determined eligible.
Warranty Period:
The warranty period begins at the date of shipment to the end-user, or 3 months from the date of shipment to the dealer by Ohaus, whichever occurs first.
Exclusions:
This warranty does not apply where products have been subject to accident, alteration, misuse, abuse, exposure to radioactive or corrosive materials, foreign material penetration, improper storage or maintenance, unauthorized installation or servicing, or modification by parties other than Ohaus or an authorized service facility.
Geographic Coverage:
This warranty only covers products shipped within the United States and Canada.
Limitation of Liability:
In no event will Ohaus be liable for special, consequential, indirect, incidental, exemplary, or punitive damages. Ohaus' aggregate liability for any damages related to equipment, software, or services shall not exceed the cost of the item giving rise to the claim. Any suit must be commenced within one year from the date the cause of action accrues.
Yamato Scientific
Yamato Scientific America warrants all products, parts, and materials to be free of defects in material and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of shipment from Yamato's warehouse.
Important:
This product warranty does not apply to products purchased from unauthorized resellers or distributors. As an authorized dealer, Lab Stock Direct ensures full warranty coverage on all Yamato products.
Inspection and Repair:
Yamato reserves the right to inspect the product under claim before repair or replacement. All shipping costs to Yamato for inspection are borne by the purchaser. Products repaired or replaced may be refurbished or new at Yamato's discretion.
Product Registration:
To maximize the benefits of your Yamato warranty, please use the Product Registration Form to register your product.
North Slope Chillers
North Slope Chillers provides a 1-year warranty on parts and labor from the date of shipment.
Coverage:
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service. North Slope Chillers will repair or replace defective components at no charge during the warranty period.
Important:
As an authorized dealer, Lab Stock Direct ensures full warranty coverage on all North Slope Chillers products. For specific warranty claims or technical support, please contact us and we'll coordinate directly with North Slope Chillers.

- We'll coordinate with the manufacturer to process your claim and arrange repair or replacement
