Lab Stock Direct accepts the following payment methods for laboratory equipment purchases:

- Digital Wallets: Shop Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Venmo
- Wire Transfer/ACH: Available for orders over $5,000 (contact us for banking details)
- Financing: Shop Pay Installments (split purchases into interest-free payments, subject to eligibility)

Standard Orders:
- Full payment is required at the time of order placement for credit card transactions
- Orders are processed upon payment confirmation
Large Equipment Orders (Over $5,000):
- Deposit options available: 50% deposit required, balance due before shipment
- Wire transfer instructions provided upon request
Custom or Build-to-Order Equipment:
- 100% payment required upfront to initiate manufacturing
- Custom builds are non-refundable once manufacturing begins
- Lead times vary by manufacturer (typically 3-8 weeks)
- You will receive regular updates on manufacturing and shipping timelines
Currency and Pricing
- All prices are listed in USD (United States Dollars)
- Prices are subject to change without notice
- Final pricing confirmed at checkout
- International orders may be subject to currency conversion fees by your payment provider
Payment Security
- All credit card transactions are processed through Shopify's secure, PCI-compliant payment gateway
- We do not store complete credit card information on our servers
- All payment data is encrypted using industry-standard SSL technology
Order Confirmation and Processing
- You will receive an email confirmation once your payment is successfully processed
- For custom or build-to-order equipment, we will provide regular updates on manufacturing and shipping timelines
- Lead times vary by product and manufacturer (typically 3-5 days for in-stock items, 3-8 weeks for custom builds)
Failed or Declined Payments
- If your payment is declined, your order will not be processed
- We will notify you via email if a payment issue occurs
- You may update your payment information or contact us to arrange alternative payment methods
- Orders are not held without confirmed payment
Taxes and Duties
- Sales tax is calculated and collected at checkout based on your shipping address
- International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees determined by your country's customs authority
- The buyer is responsible for all import duties and taxes
Refunds and Cancellations
- Refunds are processed according to our Refund Policy
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
